article 1: preamble
These terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between Handpresso Europe sarl, 12 rue de la Tannerie, 77250 Moret Loing et Orvanne, France (hereinafter “We”) and any person visiting or making a purchase on the website Handpresso.com (hereinafter “You”).
The applicable terms are those in force on the website at the time the order is placed.
By validating your order, you fully accept these terms and conditions of sale.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an unresolved payment dispute.
article 2: contract

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

Once you validate your order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale without reservation.
Data recorded by the website constitute proof of all transactions.
An order confirmation email is sent after validation. You are also informed of the shipment of your items.
article 3: prices, availability and delivery
Prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros, including French taxes, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated for mainland France.
Product photographs and visuals are non-contractual and may differ slightly from delivered products.
Worldwide delivery is available, subject to carrier constraints.
The maximum delivery time for mainland France is 10 working days from dispatch.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or failure to collect the parcel within the specified time, reshipping fees may be charged or deducted from the refund in case of cancellation:
- 10 euros for standard shipping
- 20 euros for express shipping
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
article 4: customs duties
Any order delivered outside France may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
article 5: payment
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
Payments are secured via approved payment service providers.
article 6: right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs remain at your expense.
In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded within fourteen days, generally within 48 hours after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
article 7: retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
article 8: warranties and liability
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
The legal conformity guarantee applies for 2 years from delivery.
Commercial warranties do not replace legal guarantees.
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.
article 9: licence to access the website
A limited, personal and non-exclusive licence to access and use the website is granted.
article 10: personal data protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
article 11: applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
article 12: mediation
In accordance with consumer law, customers may use a consumer mediation service.
