When transferring, please specify the order number (see confirmation email) for faster processing.

Make the transfer within 7 days. Our bank details will be mentioned on the confirmation page of your order, as well as in the confirmation email. In case of problem, contact our customer service : contact@handpresso.fr

Your items are reserved for 7 days. If we have not received your payment after that, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Your order will be shipped after receipt of your payment on our account. The transaction can take 2 to 4 business days.
