Your order is handed to you personally or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow to deliver it to your mailbox, it will be made available in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your order in the post office to come and collect it. After that time, it will be returned to the sender. In any case, you will be informed by email before the delivery of your order.
Delivery to the post office:
You can choose the delivery place (without prior bill at home) among the 10,000 post offices available throughout Continental France. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this deadline, your package will be returned.
Delivery to Pickup locations:
You can choose one of the 7500 Pickup convenience stores near your home, work or holiday as Pickup location. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this deadline, your package will be returned.
Delivery to Pickup lockers:
You can choose one of 500 automatic withdrawal lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your journey (station, metro, parking, shopping centers ...), they are accessible 7/7 and 24/24 (except instructions subject to the schedules of shopping malls and transport areas). Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to withdraw your package during 3 business days. After this deadline, your package will be returned.
Home delivery by express mail:
Thanks to our partner DHL, you have the opportunity to get a quick home delivery. DHL delivers from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, you will find a delivery note in your mailbox, indicating where you can fetch your order. You can also plan a new home delivery. In this case, you have until 10.30pm to change the delivery date or our courier will come to your place the next working day.
Any order placed from www.handpresso.com and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties, levied once the package reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further information, you should contact your local customs office.
Note that we are not responsible for the non-delivery of the package if the delivery address is wrong or if we do not have the necessary and correct information. In case of incorrect shipping information, an additional 20€ charge for standard mail and 40€ for an express shipping will be billed. In case of cancellation of the order, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend to gather all your products in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs will apply to each of them.
