As the holiday season approaches, to ensure a first delivery before Christmas, please place your orders no later than the dates listed below.

Please note that these deadlines are indicative based on normal transit commitments communicated by carriers, and we cannot be held responsible for a delayed delivery.

All orders received before 12:00 are shipped the same day.

From 18/12/25, we commit to ship orders received until 14:00 on the same day.

For express delivery before Christmas, we recommend choosing Chronopost Express during checkout.

Monday 22 December – 14:00 with Chronopost Express (we still recommend placing orders before Friday 19/12/25 – 14:00).

To Europe (EU):

Wednesday 17 December – 12:00 with Chronopost Express; for major European cities Friday 19 December 2025 – 14:00.

Outside Europe (EU):

Monday 15 December – 14:00 with Chronopost Express.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. They do not include any taxes that may apply in the destination country (outside the European Union).

2Shop chronopost pickup in france

Choosing Shop2Shop gives you access to the expertise of Chronopost and a wide network of pickup points. Around 17,000 pickup locations welcome you to collect your parcel.

Shop2Shop delivers Monday to Saturday. Delivery within 24h to 72h (usually 24h).

The recipient has 7 days to collect a parcel. After that, it is returned to the sender.

• 14 days in Post Offices and Chronopost Agencies
• 7 calendar days in Pickup Relay points, returned on the 8th day
• 5 days in Pickup lockers

If a parcel is not collected in time, €10 shipping fees will apply for a new shipment.

If the selected pickup point is unavailable at delivery, the parcel will be available at another nearby pickup point. A notification will be sent with the new pickup address.

All parcels are sent with signature for better service.

Delivery times vary between 2 and 6 days, and next-day delivery is possible for major European business centres.

Express delivery in 230 countries, in 1 to 3 days for main business centres, 2 to 5 days for the rest of the world.

Deliveries outside France by Chronopost are often handled by their local partner Fedex.

If a carrier is exceptionally unavailable for technical reasons, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent carrier in terms of delivery times.

We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot merge separate orders and shipping fees apply to each order.

customs duties

Any order delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or taxes applied when the parcel arrives in the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for these charges and we undertake no calculation or estimation. For more information, please check with your local authorities.

wrong delivery address or failure to collect the parcel

We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete. In case of incorrect shipping information, €20 fees apply for standard shipping or €40 for express shipping. If the order is cancelled, the same fees will be deducted from the refund.

If you do not collect your parcel within the allotted time, €10 (standard) or €20 (express) re-shipping fees will apply, or will be deducted from your refund if you request cancellation.
