Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. They do not include any taxes that may be due in your destination country (outside the European Union).

 

Our website offers delivery to around fifty countries.

 

 

 

Dispatching lead times

 

Packages are dispatched the same day for orders validated and paid for before 9am on working days.

During the Christmas period, we will update this section to inform you of the maximum dispatch times for delivery before Christmas.

Packages can be sent via Chronopost, La Poste Colissimo or Fedex depending on the customer's choice (delivery charges vary depending on the service provider chosen).

 

These delivery times are given as an indication and in working days, from Metropolitan France.

 

Within France

 

2Shop Chronopost: within 24 to 72 hours, usually within 24 hours

Chronopost Express: within 24 hours before 6pm

Colissimo: 48 hours

 

In Europe

 

2Shop Chronopost relay: in 3 to 5 days

Chronopost Classic home delivery: in 1 to 3 days

Chronopost Express at home: in 1 to 3 days

Colissimo: 3 to 7 days depending on the country

2Shop Chronopost Pick up France :

Opting for the Shop2shop delivery service means benefiting from Chronopost's expertise and a vast network of parcel relays. There are 17,000 local points where you can collect your parcels.


Shop2Shop delivers your parcels from Monday to Saturday. Delivery within 24 to 72 hours (usually within 24 hours). The recipient has 7 working days to collect a parcel from a parcel centre. Once the deadline has passed, the parcel is returned to sender.

 

A new shipment of the parcel will incur delivery charges to be paid by the customer before reshipment.


In the event that the destination Pickup Point is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel will be made available to the recipient at one of the nearest Pickup Point. The recipient will be notified of the new delivery address.

 

Colissimo La Poste :

All our parcels are sent with a signature to ensure a better service.

 

Chronopost Classic Europe:

Delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 days, and next-day delivery to the main European economic centres.

 

Chronopost Express:

Your parcels are delivered express in 230 countries, in 1 to 3 days in the world's main economic centres, and in 2 to 5 days in the rest of the world.

 

Chronoopst deliveries outside France are often handled by their local partner Fedex.

 

Fedex International Economy:

1 to 4 working days within Europe

4 working days to the United States

3 to 5 working days to Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world

 

Please note:

If a carrier is exceptionally unavailable for technical reasons, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent carrier in terms of delivery times.

We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Customs taxes

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. We are not responsible for these charges and we do not undertake to make any calculation or estimate in this respect. For more information, we advise You to contact the relevant authorities in your country.

 

In the event of an incorrect delivery address

Please note that we are not responsible for the non-delivery of Products if the delivery address is incorrect or if we do not have the necessary and correct information. In the event of incorrect shipping information, an additional fee of €20 for standard shipping or €40 for express shipping will be charged. If the order is cancelled, the same costs will be deducted from the refund.
