Just like every Handpresso machine, these models are compact, intuitive, and easy to use. Whether you prefer ground coffee or Nespresso® compatible pods, you're always just a few minutes away from a creamy espresso.

Handpresso E-presso: compact and cordless

Simple to use
Charge your machine via USB, fill the 50 ml water tank, insert a Nespresso® pod or ground coffee, and press the button. The integrated battery powers a 15-bar high-pressure pump for real espresso, just like at home.

Quick and efficient
With cold water, your espresso is ready in about 3.5 minutes. Already have hot water? You can brew instantly—no wait.

Portable and battery-operated
With one USB charge, you can prepare up to 4 espressos. The battery is removable and interchangeable, making it the perfect machine for camping, road trips, or daily commutes.

Handpresso E-presso+: high-performance battery espresso

The Handpresso E-Presso+ is the upgraded version with a larger 90 ml tank (max 110 ml) and a high-capacity 3x2.9Ah battery. You can now brew both espressos and lungos, wherever you are.

Just as compact
Slightly longer than the original model, the E-Presso+ is still ultra-portable, fits in a cup holder, and makes up to 5 espressos or 3 lungos on a single charge. It's the ideal machine for the car, vanlife, camping, construction sites or even the office.

Easy to clean
All parts that come in contact with coffee are removable and washable—either by hand or in the dishwasher (except the motor block).

Our batteries are carefully designed to offer the best balance between size and performance.

The Handpresso E-Presso fits easily into your car cup holder and can brew at least 3 espressos (50 ml) under standard conditions—meaning the machine and water are stored at around 20°C.

Keep in mind that battery life depends on a few factors:

• Using larger volumes (like lungos)

• Starting with colder water or colder ambient temperatures

So yes, it’s totally normal to get 2 to 3 coffees per charge in cooler settings. But in summer, your machine can actually brew more!

Handpresso E-Presso+ (Ref 21710 / 21712):

If your Handpresso E-Presso or E-Presso+ seems slow to charge—or doesn’t charge at all—here are a few things to check:

Use the right charger and cable

Always use the original USB-C cable and adapter provided in your set.
Not all USB-C ports or cables deliver the same power level.

Charging time (from empty)

• With a 10W charger: about 3h30

• With a 15W charger: around 3h

Using a lower-power adapter may increase charging time significantly.

Check if the battery is working

To test your battery, make sure the machine is completely off (no lights on). Then, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

• If the pump starts, your battery is functional.

If your Handpresso E-Presso or E-Presso+ isn’t heating properly, here’s how to troubleshoot the issue step by step.

Did you double-click the power button?

To start heating, you must double-press the power button. A single press won’t launch the heating cycle.

Check the battery level

If your battery is low, the machine may not heat up—or will take longer than usual.

Normal heating times (with water at 20°C)

• 40 ml → 3 min 30

• 50 ml → 3 min 45

• 60 ml → 4 min 30

• 90 ml → 6 min 30

Keep in mind: if your water is cold or if you fill the tank to the top, the heating time will increase.

Example: In winter, with water at 5°C and a full tank, the heating time may reach 6 to 7 minutes.
