  • The Handpresso machines use E.S.E. and compatible pods (Easy Serving Espresso) also called hard pods for coffee machines. They are easily recognizable thanks to the logo below .

  • These pods are to be found in the coffee section in hypermarkets, at your coffee roaster’s, in the internet. More than a hundred coffee roasters make pods meeting E.S.E. requirements. Discover new tastes, new origins, new varieties. Being packed individually, these pods keep their aroma much longer!
    ESE pads

  • The Handcoffee machines use Senseo® compatible pods also called soft coffee pads for coffee machines. They are widely available in most european countries
They exist in a variety of flavours.
Only single pods are accepted with the Handcoffee machines.
Soon a new multidrink portafilter will allow you to use mugsize pods and gourmet pods (milk blends).

  • The ground coffee has to be espresso coffee with a much finer grind than other standard ground coffees.
Fill coffee in the ground coffee adapter and tamp with the tamper. Fill again till the Domepod is full.

Handpresso Auto manual guide

  • The Handpresso Auto and Handcoffee Auto machines heat the water like a kettle, thus the maintenance of the machine is similar to that of your kettle. Pour white vinegar instead of water in the reservoir of the machine and start the cycle to descale then rinse many times under running water to remove the taste of vinegar.
Descale the machine regularly (every 2nd month or every 100 coffees) in order to increase its performance and life.
